We are delighted to have you as part of the team of speakers from the Southern Evangelical Seminary in North Carolina to take part in the Faith & Reason Conference of 2009.
We are again privileged and honoured, as were last year, to have qualified speakers such as yourself, address those of us who are interested in Christian Apologetics on various topics. We are especially looking forward to hear you address some of the issues involving the relationship between Christianity and science. We also appreciate all the speakers serving us by being willing to travel here at their own expense and by not asking any fees for speaking at our conference or at any other event.
As logistical manager and organiser of all the speaking engagements here in South Africa, you are invited to stay at my home for the duration of your visit. I will see to it that you are picked up from the airport in Johannesburg when you arrive on 30 July from Atlanta. I will also make sure that you depart on time on Saturday night, 8 August, after the conference. I hope you will find these arrangements to your satisfaction.
You will probably have need of providing certain information in apply for a visa to South Africa, since I understand that you will be traveling with an Indian passport.
